Born in a log cabin in Hardin County, Kentucky, Abe had an older sister named sarah and a younger brother named thomas. He was 9 years old when his mother died. In Abe’s later days and was in wrestling and would lose about 1 match through 300 matches. Abe lived a pretty hard life and he was in a poor family.
