An RN that is more experienced has the potential for raises or promotions than a new RN. Every RN is paid differently based on their experience/education. The path to becoming a nurse practitioner contains many challenges but it is not impossible to overcome. Prior to a person entering nurse practitioner school they must become a registered nurse. This process involves obtaining a bachelor's degree in nursing. After one completes the nursing program an individual is eligible to take the NCLEX which is a nationwide board certification exam that is necessary to receive a state license. The NCLEX assessment evaluates a person's mastery and logical skills associated with the nursing profession.

I agree with you that a nurse need to have entry level of CNA experience. You will gain valuable experience from the access to patient care, be aware that it is a real job of nursing field. I believe nurse with CNA experience are better prepared for the workload and health field environment. At least has had a picture of what to do with patient care and dealing with family and emergency situations. Charge nurses have a lot of responsible.
You then must go to college and get your Master’s degree in nursing. Yet, you must also obtain and become a nationally registered nurse as well as a certified nurse practitioners. You can get this degree from many different colleges. Though, I would mostly want to get my degree from Clemson University. Clemson University has a very nice nursing program and it also has the atmosphere that I would want in a college setting.
As an LPN I am limited to what I can do without the direct supervisions of an RN. Although LPN contributes a lot to the as assessment process, but they are not credited for it because it is not part of their credential. Being an RN will able me to receive the full credit for my hard work. As an RN, I will be able to take better of care of my patient without someone else direct supervision. The RN license will able me to work independently and assess my patient in a timely manner.

For my parents, education was not something that came easy in Mexico. They had to have money and supplies, which they did not.

Specifically, they provide comprehensive assessments, manage a busy caseload and make recommendations for treatment and medication changes. However, unlike RNs, they may be required to physically restrain their patients and deal with mental health crises. Therefore, they must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
