Since I was in my childhood I have high curiosity on how and why things work. I have this unsatisfied feeling until I know why and how it 's happening. My dad always told me the same about me. I still remember how I spend the whole day looking for what make the pedestal fan to swing and I opened up its cover to see the motor and gear rotating and for me it 's fascinating. He used to bring me along with him in his nearest four wheel drive park where he taught me many things about four wheel vehicles. What are the differences between 2WD and 4WD, minor vehicles maintenance, and he also bought me a remote control car which he asked me to maintain it by myself and I love it. I realize I 'm very passionate with engineering, mechanical specifically, this is because I think engineering is a very wide discipline and no science theory or ideas will happen without engineering.
I was born and raised in a very average family. My mom and dad were retired from army when I was 16, so we

This planet earth that we are living on is also one the factor of why I choose to be an engineer. Back then, human being used to live in a proper environment, lesser pollution and vary sources of energy. However, as we all know that time has changed everything, we are running out of energy. For me, the most important thing for engineer to discuss is to create new sources of energy without affecting our world. This have hurt enough and instead of hurting it more we should healing it.
In conclusion my ambition or dream to improve my country development and to create new sources of green energy will only be achieve if and only if I 've become a better and knowledgeable person or engineer. Your university will provide everything I need to become successful
This was to steer us away from all the negativity and bad habits that my cousins where involved in. At seventeen, with my parent’s permission, I enlisted into the United States Marine Corps. I served fourteen years of active duty service from 2001-2015. During this time, I completed three combat deployments, two to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. My primary occupational skill was an Ammunition Chief.
I was born into a heavy construction working family. I started out in the playpen or stroller in the shop watching my dad working on trucks and equipment. If he left the house I would throw a big fit if I wasn't able to go with him, so I am told by my parents. As I grew older I would give him tools as he needed them. Finally when I was in my later elementary years I started changing oil in our vehicles, as well as greasing and simple maintenance.

Ever since a young age I have been intrigued by the inner workings of various household appliances and mechanical objects. At age five I was dissecting toasters
Unlike Utilitarian ethics, a consequentialist moral theory, or Kantian ethics, a moral theory based on the alignment of one’s will and one’s duty, Aristotle’s Virtues Ethics does not discuss morality of single actions but rather “what sort of person should one be? What does it mean to live a good life?” This is important for engineers to ask a similar question in their professional career, “What does it mean to be a good engineer?” because they impact society’s ability to innovate and progress technologically, while maintaining or increasing society’s quality of life. The effects engineers have has been discussed in class, including examples like the development of the lightbulb, radio, and concrete.
My mother drop out of school to take care of her siblings while her parents worked. I have a large family,
Samuel Johnson, the most distinguished man of letters in English history, once said: “Curiosity is, in great and generous minds, the first passion and the last.” He believed that the world could be divided into two groups, the curious and those who aren ' t. Those who are curious will have that perspective and therefore have the pursuit of knowledge and internal drive necessary for them to fulfill their needs. Those who aren 't curious, on the other hand don’t have the pursuit of knowledge and therefore will not gain any. The English philosopher Antony Flew is one more who followed the theory that your perspective is essential in your pursuit of knowledge.
How Being a Military Dependent Affected My Life Goals Being a military dependent is something I have known my whole life. My dad joined the Air Force in 1988 at the age of twenty-four. He initially joined the military to help people, but wasn’t sure what he wanted to do, this led him to fighting fires until 2010. I was born in the year 1999; I grew up with him working twenty-four hour shifts and then being home for twenty-four hours.
In a world with ever-growing challenges, there is a lot that is still left unknown and I would like to contribute to find what is still unknown; also, college would serve as a representation of a new stage in my life. I would like to go to college to gain knowledge and to accomplish a rite of passage. Ever since I was a kid I wanted to know what a certain concept meant or was, I wanted to know how the earth revolved around the sun, and I wanted to know why the dinosaurs were not present. Now, I want to understand what human nature is, how neurons generate electrical impulses, and why humans are considered a superior species. It is my natural human instinct: the desire to gain knowledge!
Theodore Von Karman, the Father of Supersonic flight, once stated, "Scientists discover the world that exists; engineers create the world that never was". This truism shows a distinct separation between scientists and engineers. Scientists discover something new, and engineers make it practical. This division between the “thinkers” and the “doers” has been present for generations. Yet, why can’t someone be both?
I have not really given this much thought before this essay I guess that is probably not a good idea. Never the less now that I have no other choice I have looked at my options. After I reviewed all options from going to a major educational institution to technical schools to being a custodian I have decided I want to be an electrician. I have derived this conclusion from the taking the following facts into account, salary, benefits, education, travel, and cost of living. Education is very important to all jobs, but especially in a job that can claim your life in seconds.
Engineers of all types will be needed for multiple reasons. Some probable causes for engineers to help are to build better shelters, perhaps they could even create a refuge from the hardships and destruction of the world around them, maintain current roads and buildings, create new, more helpful products, and design better items that are critical for survival. Progression in this new way of life will be just as important as sustaining a suitable lifestyle in the
Every human being has their own career aspirations and mine is to be a Electrical engineer, a dream that I held ever since I was in school due to my deep interest in technical fields such as electrical and electronics. Although, electrical engineer is a difficult career to achieve because it have many obstacles and challenges to be met, but I am sure that I am able to make full preparations for the realization of my dreams. The main preparation I need to prepare is knowledge. Knowledge in Electrical engineering is essential in order for me to become a successful engineer as I am required to be able to identify, study and solve the problem that I encountered in implementing the knowledge that I have gained in university.
When I graduate high school, I plan on having future goals that I plan on achieving. My first goal is to go to college and get a degree. I plan on attending Purdue NorthWest majoring in engineering and minoring in business. This is my number one future goal that I need to accomplish because to be able to have a nice life, I need to go to college to support my future family. My next future goal would be get a starting job to be able to support my future family.
