Yes, juvenile offenders commit the same crime as an adults. So, I guess people feel as they should get charged just like adults without any exception. I'm in the middle about what I think how the court should do adolescent. I do believe they should be treated a little different. Then, I thought about how these young people having children under the age of eighteen and they have to take responsibility of their actions. Caring for a child for eighteen year and more is very stressful. I feel like when a young person do something that is illegal they should take responsibility to their actions as well, which sometimes have to go to jail and be lock up with the big boys.They may not me fully developed mentally but they know what they are doing and
