The text states,”After a Christian motivational speaker, who believes ‘dateable girls know how to shut up,’ spoke at a high school in Richardson, Texas, students took to Twitter to express their outrage.” This proves that students were not afraid to stand up what they believe in and support it on a media platform, such as Twitter, and social media is being their voice.
