Today one year of college can cost $2,575-$5,150.(facts about college) Do to the cost of colleges many people don't have a college degree, this mean many people can't get a job which makes our unemployment rate increase. State colleges should be free for the following everyone can't afford to pay for college tuition. Every one will have a chance to go to college. It also helps lower the unemployment rate.
