All you do is bat and ground the ball and through it to a person. You do have to run a lot. But compared to the rest of the rest of the sports baseball is the most laid back. I remember one game where I played third base and our team was so good no one got to third base so I just got to stand there and look pretty! Most girls like football players better than baseball. The reason for that is because football is more of a physical sport and you have to be tough. Baseball is a wimpy sport. I played baseball in 5th and 6th grade and I didn’t really care for it. Mr. Hartley was a great coach but I just wanted to stick to Football. If you are going to play baseball here is some advice. Don’t be afraid of the …show more content…
MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts. A lot can happen in a match people can get killed from on single punch. MMA is a very crucial sport. I would play it if we had a place to around where I live. MMA is mostly kicks, punches, and headlocks. If you get kicked or punched right in the right spot on your head you could get a major concussion or in a worse case, killed. I would consider MMA to people who fight a lot in school. People who fight a lot in school most likely will become a MMA fighter. Such as Anderson Silva in 3rd grade he broke a kid 's nose for calling him a girl. Here is some advice for MMA “it’s not about hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and get back up.” Do you remember any of what I just said? Baseball is a game I have been playing since the age of eight. Since then, I have been a phenomenal hitter. I was a right-handed hitter when I started playing baseball, and I was the best hitter in my age group. I always hit home runs when it was my turn to bat. The coaches who picked the teams argued about who would get the first pick because they all wanted to pick me first.
Many of today 's athletes dedicate their time to just get better and be the best. It 's just only competitive. Boxing is the art of the glove fist fighting between two opponents in an elevated ring-typically a square, canvas-covered mat
Once I was of the appropriate age to start playing, my family had put me in Pop Warner Football and I had instantly fallen in love with the sport. At the time, I had dreamed of becoming an NFL football player. That had all changed, when my brother came home from high school one day with a stick in his and a new sport called lacrosse. He told me it was basically football with a stick. The moment I heard that
This is the story of when I tried baseball and how it was. It was one summer morning and my dad was up early for something and I did not know why and I heard a crack and I walked in the living room and nothing was wrong
Ever since I’ve been playing baseball, one of the many things that was drilled into my head was that “baseball is a mental sport.” Statistics show that 85% of the game is mental and the rest is physical. I take that the sport of baseball is a mind game, like is plays with your head. From playing for so long and having the experience, I can honestly say that yes it is a mental game most definitely. Reasons why it’s mental game start with first, baseball is all about little scenarios.
But my course in life has switched courses. Along the way, I dropped off the other sports and continued on with America’s Favorite Past time: Baseball. Since my size dictated my playing time, according to the coaches, it affected my devotion to the game because it is heartbreaking to be told you cannot do something. Over that period of time I realized how influential coaches are to their player, so I decided to become a coach to instill the never quit attitude in younger player’s minds. I have been coaching with Boca Raton Little League Baseball since my sophomore year, teaching the fundamental skills of baseball
I know that it’s my chance to find a sport that I like, hoping that I would stop playing baseball. It was just too boring for me, I would play in the dugout spitting sunflower seeds at ants. During my freshman year I was that one kid that tried out for every team; wrestling, basketball, tennis and even the chess team. I was desperate to find something better than baseball. It wasn’t until my sophomore year that I was introduced to cross country and immediately knew that was what I loved.
It will be a long road to becoming a professional player, but I will be ready for any roadblocks that come my way. The one thing that I need to do to become a better baseball player is to practice. I will need to put time and effort into becoming the best player I can be. Another thing I will have to do is go to the gym and workout. To get strong I will have to work out so I can hit when I play.

In the world, there are many arguments around. But the biggest argument people are questioning is: are sports good for you or are they a bad chance for a concussion. Your choice, is the wrong choice. Sports are better than sitting around with nothing to do. But not just for one day, everyday!
Sports provide opportunities to explore and develop young athletes. Young athletes can identify themselves apart from playing sports through connecting with others and building new relationships
