The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a nonprofit organization comprised of enlisted personnel (active duty, reserve, and retired) of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. As a congressionally chartered association, FRA's mission is to act as the premiere "watch dog" in maintaining and improving the Quality of Live for Sea Service personnel. Since 1924, FRA has been a leading advocate on Capitol Hill for the men and women who serve on active duty, in the reserve, or have joined the military retired community.

The Web site contains abstracts from the Society's quarterly academic journal, which deals with the topics of operations research, management science, and engineering. While for the most part the records are not available online, this Website contains information on who to obtain access to the records.
