How to Say "Sign Language"

The sign for "Sign Language" is a combination of the signs for each word. "Sign" is indicated by pointing the index fingers inward and circling them around each other. "Language" is signed by forming the letter "L" with each hand and, beginning at the center of the body, moving each hand outward.
