Pelee Island Light

"Pelee Island, Ontario"

Built: 1833

This gray stone tower is all that remains of the long ago abandoned lighthouse which is located on the northern tip of the island. Relight the Lighthouse Committee has been established with a long term goal of complete restoration. [Update: Restoration of the exterior of the tower was completed in 2000.]
