Duane Big Eagle
, 1946-
Duane Big Eagle is an Osage poet. Besides writing and publishing his poems, he has taught creative writing as part of the California Poets in the Schools program. He is also a traditional Southern Straight dancer, and a member of the Northern California Osage Association.
