Morning Star
I fell in love with Tami Marshall's Morning Star Quilt she made for teaching her compass class at the Quilting Bee in Spokane, WA. It challenged me to make a smaller version. All is hand-pieced, except for center medallion and the last burgundy border to the floral print border. Tami's quilt appears in Judi Matthieson's book Mariner's Compass.
