Journal of Buddhist Ethics
http://jbe.la.psu.edu/
"The Journal of Buddhist Ethics has been established to promote the study of Buddhist ethics through the publication of research articles, discussions and critical notes, bulletins, and reviews. The Journal of Buddhist Ethics is the first academic journal dedicated entirely to Buddhist ethics, and is innovative in adopting a totally electronic mode of publication. In most other respects, however, it will function as a traditional scholarly journal. Research articles as well as discussions and critical notes submitted to the journal will be subject to blind peer review." There are links to full online texts of the current issue and back issues; Buddhist Studies, Scholarly Resources; Pali Canon On-line; Critical Studies in Buddhiism; and the usual information about the journal, subscriptions, books reviews, and emails.
Knowledge of Reality

"Knowledge of Reality (KOR) is a magazine that started out, as these things do, as a student organisation publication. That organisation was 'SETA' or the Society of Eastern Thought and Awareness, a student group at Sydney's, New South Wales University, Australia. "
