"Recovery is published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the state's emergency management office with the help from other federal agencies and departments. Recovery is produced, when the circumstances of a disaster warrrant, in cooperation with federal, state and local agencies and volunteer orginizations to provide timely recovery information for victims of a particular disaster."
