"Southern Perspectives is designed to be a major communication piece of the Southern Rural Development Center. Each issue focuses on a specific topic. Topics are timely, and content focuses on the Southern perspective of that topic. Some articles are written in-house but most articles are written by individuals working on the cutting edge of the highlighted topic.
