From the introduction: "This report is intended for primary care clinicians: physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians' assistants, other allied health professionals, and students. It provides recommendations for clinical practice on 169 preventive interventions--screening tests, counseling interventions, immunizations, and chemoprophylactic regimens--for the prevention of 60 target conditions." Though the guide is intended for professionals, it can be used profitably by laypeople willing to read medical terminology. Searchable.
