If you're looking for information on your favorite authors, this is the place to start. Some sites have directories of biographies and published works of many authors, and some sites are run by authors themselves. Have a favorite writer with a site you think should be listed? Let us know!
Blogs
Read about the adventures of teenagers from around the world through this collection of blogs. If you are a teen and keep a blog, send IPL TeenSpace a link, and we'll try to put yours on our list!
Poetry
Sites in this section are devoted to poetry published online. You'll find a mix of well-known poets, both historical and modern, and "unknown" writers getting published for the first time in a variety of formats and publication types.
Reading Lists and Clubs
These websites were created by people who know and love books written about teens. From the traditional fantasy and romance to new genres such as urban life and graphic novels, you are bound to find something you can relate to in these lists. Indexes over 140,000 fiction, non-fiction, and historical works and articles from commercial and non-commercial publishers, universities, and various private sites. Free registration is required, but you will not need to remember your username or password to use the site.

This "alternative" community of hundreds of writers, artists, editors and scholars has nearly 3500 resources available for free. Contents include book-length pieces of new and classic fiction, nonfiction and poetry; essays and journals on politics, culture, and other facets of life; and multimedia and interactive elements.

The Online Books Page was started in 1993 and remains an easily navigable central access point for online texts in the public domain. Search for books and articles by author, title, or subject. Also provides guidelines and contact information for reader suggestions for new resources to add.

"The Quill Society is a free online writing club dedicated to (and operated by) young writers. The Internet Public Library is a public library for the world wide web.
Students from a consortium of colleges and universities with programs in information science develop and maintain the IPL!
