Bi-monthly issues include feature stories and photo essays. There is also a searchable "Teen Services" section focused on The Southern California area that provides contact information for arts centers, health and human services, job and volunteer opportunities, and recreation facilities.

Humorous creative writing, ranging from laugh-out-loud to mildly unnerving, submitted by readers, with different content than the quarterly print version. "Gallaudet University through its division of Pre-College National Mission Programs has published World Around You, a magazine for deaf and hard of hearing teenagers for 15 years. Still going strong, Xenith has all of its issues archived on the site, and is constantly adding new content.
