I know that you are working to find a good niche for me, but I thought it might be useful to put in writing some ways that I think can serve the students of Swain County.
AP USH. I would like to continue teaching AP for a few more years until I can mentor someone to take over the program. I believe that AP provides a valuable opportunity for our students to learn academic skills that will help them succeed in college, but more importantly, I think it helps them hone their “grit” skills.
