The kid was doing nothing and he was bored and he had nothing to do so he started playing sports. Like almost everyone gets hurt playing sports. How long have you been playing? How long do you play everyday? Did you or any of your friends or family get hurt playing sports? A kid is sitting there in his room and his classroom doing nothing. So it came to his mind that maybe he should try sports. And he did and it was the thing of his life and he could not stop thinking about it. It is important that kids take the risk of playing sports. And the other reasons are that kids should be allowed to play and take the risk. And for the overall of the kids, they should play for their happiness. And many kids or some of the kids are bored sitting there doing nothing so that they can play sports. And kids always sit in their home doing nothing, not getting hyped up so that will make them not want to play. But if they do play they will get their happiness. For that it means that they just wake up in the morning and go to their school to their house or anywhere feeling bored and not doing much as well. So that the kids don’t really do anything. More and more often you hear about young kids quitting sports due to being burned out. Julianna W. Miner reports, “According to a poll from the National Alliance for Youth Sports, around 70 percent of kids in the United States stop playing organized sports by the age of 13 because ’it’s just not fun anymore’”(Washington Post). This can be caused by the fact that parents are playing select ball at early ages such as 7 or 8 years old. Playing competitively in any sport at such can early age can take a huge emotional toll on kids. At such an early age, kids should play these sports for fun and entertainment, not competition.
Without a doubt, there has always been a great risk of injury while participating in contact sports. The participants involved in any contact sporting event are always susceptible to being injured. This is mainly due to the many negative impacts that young athletes face when partaking in these sports.
