If I were to pick any where to go vacation I would pick to go back to Colorado. I would fly again because it 's faster and it 's a cool view. I would wanna go there because it 's really fun to snowboard there. It is also really pretty in the mountains. But it is also really close to downtown Denver I love the city 's and the mountains it 's a perfect fit. There is a lot to do in the city too like to watch major league sports, dirt bike/four wheel and a lot more. If I do go back to Colorado I would go in the summer or when it was warm because we could do different stuff like maybe watch a baseball game, ride fourwheelers, or a water park. I would also like to live there when i 'm older even though it 's a little expensive. But if I got to stay
I’ve heard it all about Nebraska accepting a bowl. The team doesn’t deserve it at 5-7, it’s embarrassing, and the Nebraska football program should have more pride than to show up with a record like that. Let me pitch you something. You’re the first-year head coach of a football team. You just got done with perhaps one of the most frustrating seasons you’ve ever been a part of.
There are many beautiful and majestic parts of the United States and one of those outstanding places would be Durango. I live 1,162 miles from Durango and i 've been there three times in one year in car. I will never get tired of the city that takes you by the hand and shows you more to the world than all its problems. If I was handed a ticket to go anywhere in the world I would choose Durango in a
North Platte was still a town in the United States in World War Two. This meant they were still given ration books. North Platte and all the surrounding towns helping the canteen had limitations on sugar, coffee, gasoline, among many other items. People stopped drinking coffee, and children stopped asking for birthday cakes. Together they pooled together all of their rations to make food for the soldiers.
Longtown, Ohio is one of the only places where races didn’t matter two centuries ago. Interracial marriages were happening here without argument or trouble. This system of liberty and freedom of the races was founded by a freed slave from Virginia named James Clemens, who later became a rich farmer, but this system is close to being abolished because of the decrease of the original Longtown population. Their places are being taken by whites and they are also purchasing their property. This will eventually move out the people of Longtown and be a city of whites.
Skateboarding, Baseball, Red Hot Chili Peppers: these are just a few things Los Angeles has become known for. But just one year after the city of St. Louis was left without an NFL team, San Diego has also fallen into a near identical situation. On January 12th, 2017, the Chargers’ ownership group announced the relocation of the team to Los Angeles. This has given " The City of Angels" their second NFL franchise in as many years. This move has also come as a shock to many NFL fans, myself included.
Rawls analogy of Colorado Springs would first argue the point that the article makes about those who could afford the light would pay for them themselves and others would do without the service. This according to Rawls would be unjust, because it would give the superiors power over the inferiors. Also when inequalities exist, it goes against his principle of social and economic equality. This specifically would prevent social justice which deals with a hypothetical consent that allows equal basic rights for all citizens, as well as the advantage citizens looking out for the good of the disadvantage citizens (Sandel 2010, p.142). According to this article, there was no contract, no agreement about the street lights which the city turned off
In life some feel the need to prove something to others. That they are better, stronger, or even more intelligent. Whatever the case may be people will go through extreme measures to prove themselves. But who do we really need to prove anything to? Is it our parents?
If I had the choice to go anywhere in this world, it would be to have one more night with my dad in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Baton Rouge is my birthplace and me and my dad shared a bond with that city. It is where he wanted me to be raised, go to college, and raise my family. He dressed me up in the gold and purple ever since I was a toddler. Imprinted the plays of the tigers and their route running so I could watch the games with him and fully understand.
I would like to talk about the best two cities I have visited, Orlando and Denver. Frist, one day I went to the best city in Florida in springtime. It was one of the best trips I have in my life. There are many activities to do. This city is one of the most infesting city in America.
March 4, 1836 Texas has declared independence. Everyone in the mission is celebrating. Being able to see our future has raised our spirits. Though, the celebration was short lived. The man on guard over, Andrew Duvalt, noticed the Mexican army gained about one thousand troops over night.

Colorado If 5,000,000 plus people come to see mountains and streams,it must be a beautiful state. What’s the state you may wonder? Its Colorado! The state does have a lot of people. Plus the mountains are very beautiful.
Florida, the sunshine state, the polar opposite of Washington. I did not care for Florida itself, I cared more for the people in the small town of Jay. I was twelve years old when I moved to Jay and even though I only lived there for a short time, I had the time of my life. I had joined the marching band and made some great friends. The band was a family and I am so thankful I got the opportunity to be a part of that.
Before South Dakota was admitted into the US, It was Sioux land and many other Native tribes land. “The Sioux and the Cheyennes became allies, and by the end of the 18th century, the Sioux had driven away other groups and claimed the Black Hills as sacred land, believing that they were the homeland they were destined to find” (Andrew Mathews 2015, p.10). How was South Dakota even included in the US? Well according to (Andrew Mathews 2015), the US government made false promises about the hills and has kept them ever since. Many Native Americans are not happy with this and just want their land back.
Immigration is an issue that is constantly being brought up throughout the United States, it is even being brought up in current presidential debates. There are some citizens in the United States that feel that illegal immigration is affecting the United State in a negative way. Many illegal citizens are coming from south of the border and the other countries around the world. The amount of federal funding used to patrol the MexicanAmerican border is excessive and needs to be reevaluated, as immigration is still continuing with the expenditures in place.
