AVECS, Inc. is a consulting and engineering firm takes pride to be a veteran owned small company. The types of services AVECS provides are engineering and design. The business is based on awarded projects, deliverable schedule, and budget.
Each project has schedule and deliverable dates set. Once the project is assigned to AVECS the schedule is identified. Milestones and assignments to each responsible individuals working on the project are defined. The reports are requested from individuals to make sure the project and work is moving forward and everyone is on schedule.
The work is managed with schedule, deliverables, and assigning capable leads to drive the projects and taking report from the leads. This way, it makes the management hours to be flexible and leaves enough time to respond to issues or needs.

I engage with business operation and management full time seven days a week. I provide business management, proposal reading, project status updates, and providing business direction and guidance. I would say at least 30 hours a week mostly after hours, weekends, or if needed during the day time. I manage my business as needed throughout the day by skype, phone, emails, or through my project leads status updates.
