(2004, pg. 43) stated “As adult educators begin to examine their own beliefs in relation to the practice of education, a word of caution is in order. There are frequently discrepancies between what people say they believe and what they actually do.” Behaviorist approach to instruction “clearly reflects a belief that the primary purpose of adult education is to awaken critical consciousness that can be directed toward social change.” Suggested by Galbraith, M.
