I should be awarded this scholarship because I will use it for the benefit of young children with special needs. The name of this scholarship is "Courage to Grow", and I believe receiving this will help give me the education needed to raise my courage in order to spread wisdom and encouragement that will one day enrich a young person and will help them grow into intellectual and inspiring men and women. This scholarship will help me to go into the world and change the lives of young people who may feel discouraged or negatively affected by the verbal and mental abuse all because a doctor said there was something "wrong" . I hope that because of my teaching, young students with special needs will begin seeing themselves as individuals instead
