Demi Lovato’s speech about mental health was made very clear. Her goal was to promote health care for all individuals suffering from any form of mental health. What stood out to me was how she identified the root cause of untreated mental health issues. “Unfortunately, too many Americans from all walks of life don't get help, either because they fear the stigma or cannot afford treatment” (Lavato, 2016).
