By the time that I supervised Maria, she voluntary took some leadership tasks, including coaching new employees, coaching them DHS Policies, branch’s procedures, and computer systems. I have noticed that she was able to understand and to adjust her approach to new employee learning styles. I have never knew of any communication issues with co-workers or supervisors. She is very clear and knows how to clearly articulate her thoughts and ideas, in both, speaking and in writing.
