 Describe the company and its product or service: Dunkin Donuts is big food and coffee chain. It is based in Massachusetts, United States. Its CEO is Nigel Travis. The original Dunkin' Donuts slogan was Sounds Good, Tastes Even Better, and the current slogan is "America Runs on Dunkin'" since March 2006. Dunkin Donuts has more than 12000 restaurants. Dunkin Donuts makes coffee, tea and breakfast sandwiches. It has several varieties of Donuts and coffees. It has great services in all locations and the best part is that we get the same test of products in all locations.  Issues: 1. What are the three most critical challenges facing your business today?  Dunkin Donuts is facing more challenges in the business due to change in the taste and preference of the customers. There are more shifts in the consumer taste and preference towards health-conscious food that is affecting the entire existing business. Next, there is a decrease in the number of customers visiting the store exclusively for donut as there are more companies in the market to provide coffee and other beverages and other foods and donuts that are pulling the crowd.
