I would like to start off by saying some thank yous to those who made this day possible. To my parents for the much needed love and support To my family and friends and to the people who helped with my eagle project And thank you all for attending my court of honor Over the past 13 years, scouting has taught me a lot of things that will stay with me the rest of my life. It has taught me, don’t use gasoline to start a fire. I’ve learned that being an eagle Scout isn’t just a title, but a way on how to live your life. Since 2008, when I joined Boy Scouts, I’ve made so many friends and memories that I will never forget. One of the memories is Philmont. If you don’t know what Philmont is, It’s a high adventure where you hike up mountains for 2 weeks. The year I went, our group hiked 85 miles and had a lot of fun. Scouting will always be with me and I’m going to miss it. I am the 4% I have some mentor pins for people that helped me through scouting. Even though this person is not here today, I would like to aknowlege him and to thank him. This person helped me plan my eagle project and gave me the push to keep pushing on. My eagle Scout advisor, Mr, Takle This person has helped me with scouting without all my years and even outside of scouting. She has been there since I was little and always knows what’s best for me. Even all the constant questions of “Have you called this person yet or how far are you on your project” I cant thank you enough. This pin goes to my mom. This last person, has helped me out also since I was little. He helped me with my project and gave me the strength finish it and become an eagle.
