Probably the most well known and popular form of meditation happens to be transcendental meditation, also well-known as TM. Well I am not sure but it appears that this ‘Transcendental’ thing has been one of the most popular crazes in Western world. Just type any of the keywords related to meditation in Google and you will be surprised to see the numbers of TM® related websites on the results pages. OK so if all of them meditate it must be some kind of benefit from it, but the question is that so many famous and let say rich people do TM, it must be costly?
