One of the preeminent fine dining restaurant is Gringo’s. Gringo’s is a renowned authentic Mexican restaurant located at Southwest Freeway and West Airport Boulevard that offers various Mexican dishes. It was first opened in Pearland in 1993, and since then has opened at three different locations in Houston. Gringo’s is usually jammed with people, and one must wait at least fifteen minutes before getting a table. Even though people have to wait, they still find Gringo’s as an eminent restaurant because of its exceptional customer service, delicious food, and for the amount of food they receive. As I walked into Gringo’s a week ago, I observed the warm welcome, as the hostess welcomed me into Gringo’s. After only fifteen minutes of waiting, I was accompanied to my table. The restaurant was well decorated as there were paintings on the wall, along with the deer horns. I received a great vibe just by being there. After a few minutes, I was served with some free chips and dips. I ordered a “Pollo Marisco” which was exceptionally delicious. At the end, I was able to get a free ice cream on my way out, and was delighted with the way I was treated. …show more content…

The staff at Gringo’s was really friendly towards their customers. The waiters and the hostess greeted everyone and were able to take their orders without any issues. Additionally, the quality of food was amazing. The food was fresh and hot as it arrived towards the table. Moreover, Gringo’s is able to adjust and change the menu. For instance, if an individual is a vegetarian, then the chefs can replace chicken with tofu, or other vegetables. Moreover, Gringo’s provide free chips, and ice creams to their
