Globally, more than 350 million people of all ages suffer from depression. Stroke or heart disease is the main killers of people all over the world. Taking time for yourself each day will make you feel more at peace and make you more content in the future. There are different ways on taking care of yourself, little things like eating right, washing your face every morning and night, and walking a short distance each day can help you mentally and physically to stray away from disease. Treat yourself well, your body and mind will make sure to thank you back.

Stress is how our ancestors respond to when predators try to attack us but now since we have evolved and don’t have predators anymore it mixes in with our daily lives taking appearance whenever we have something overwhelming us. If you can find the root causing of your stress and fix it, it can affect many things on your health. Give something you deserve that will make you happy, buy yourself something that makes you. Try doing art or writing about what made you mad that day. Take a nap or sleeps a bit more give your mind a rest. Do something that makes you happy. People always forget their mental health but we have to remember it’s just as important as our physical health. Everyone feels down or angry, its normal the world can be bad sometimes.
There’s probably more ways to take care of yourself more than you will be with anyone else, take care of it like it takes care of you. Start doing activities that would make you physically and mentally happy, good
I remember a time where I thought about my ex boyfriend, and I thought about all the things that I missed. It made me feel many emotions, and the emotion that I always felt was anger toward him. After we broke up, we did not talk to each other for 8 months, he completely ignored me. That really made me angry because we talked to each other everyday for two years. The way that I dealt with my angry was by, holding a lot of it in, but when I was by myself at night most of the frustration would come out.

Going through a bad break up can make a person lose themselves which isn’t good at all.
Ask anyone and they will say that we have done a lot of damage to the Earth, but what have we done to ourselves. Today’s society is full of overweight or obese people and it’s killing us at a fast pace. Someone is considered overweight if they have a BMI (Body Mass Index) between 25 and 29 and obese if there BMI is 30 or higher (World Health Organization, n.d.). That being said at least 2.8 million people die each year because they are overweight or obese (World Health Organization, n.d.).
But the thing is that anybody can come back from their sorrow and loneliness. If you think about it there is no reason to be sad,depressed but whatever it may be and as long as you’re alive you should live life and be happy.
