During the Revolutionary Era, there were many people that impacted and changed the world for Americans today. One main person who impacted us today was George Washington. He built the structure of the United States Government today, and made laws to ensure people’s freedoms, and rights. George Washington was the first president of the United states and he fought for a stronger unity for the people then and that still impacts today. He believed that the country had great potential but they need to get over their differences in order to come together. When the 55 delegates met to discuss Shays' rebellion Washington said he had a vision for what the union should be, and he was able to make that vision become a reality when the people came together
ALEXANDER HAMILTON Alexander Hamilton was an important figure in the making of America. Alexander had a rough childhood but through it all, he rose to the top. One of Alexander's many accomplishments was creating the financial system our government uses. Also, he worked with the first president of the United States, George Washington. One of the most significant contributions Alexander Hamilton gave to our American economy was the creation of a national bank.
Thomas Jefferson, John Hancock, and George Washington were heroes and leaders of the American Revolution that helped America to win the war. All three were strong-willed patriots that wanted to make a difference and to see America prosper as an independent nation. Knowing his morality and how he was for America and against slavery, his was a great president. John Adams made the Alien and Sedition Act which made it longer for people to become citizen and made it illegal to criticize the government which was against the 1st amendment. Both presidents showed the people of America that they are superior. the Washington and Adams both showed other countries that America is not to be messed with.
President George Washington had a great impact on the United States during the federalist era. Washington’s impact helped United States prosper economically, politically and socially. Washington’s impact on the United States included handling the French and Indian War, early political activity, American Revolution, military campaigns, political leadership during the war, presidency and executive departments and foreign affairs. George Washington was a major military leader during the American Revolution. He was the commander of the continental army.
