Studies have shown that people who exercise for a few minutes during the day are more productive than people who do not.Being healthy and exercising throughout the day seems like something a productive person would do than a person who doesnt because of there health and not giving there body the health to be productive. Exercise is one of the main things to make you more productive thats why people say ''people who go out are more productive then people who dont''. Its true because if you dont have the energy to go out to get exercise every now and again then what makes you have the energy to get things done, yea your mind might say yea lets get this done but your body is the one to move to get things done. Ever go out and have a moment of fresh air to breath in, to exercise what does it do? Makes you feel better, to be able to do things like clean out your house, or maybe to try to get something done that youve been trying to do for years like get the garage fixed or something small. Well that little bit of air and exercise just gave you a productive mood because of that air and exercise.It made you have a moment of peace to think of things which makes you do things and makes you be active. Working within our school setting  we work in an open and transparent manor This includes ensuring , all doors have glass panels in or be left open so that we can be seen as we teach, this is set in place to discourage any false allegations of occurrences of abuse as it can be disproved and can also protect teachers them self from having abuse. By doing so we are allowing open teaching which can dissolve any accusations made by either students or staff. Listening to children-  All staff members to ensure they make time to listen to their pupils as it could raise concern regarding the child’s welfare as when a child is willing to speak and feels comfortable and safe enough to open up it is the staffs duty to ensure this child is listened to and taken seriously.
I often was not motivated to do physical activity. If I had a choice to watch Netflix or to exercise I would probably pick Netflix every time. Therefore, I used my Netflix watching passion as an internal bargaining tool to get myself to exercise. For example, instead of not exercising and just watching Netflix, I would exercise for an hour and then reward myself by watching thirty-minutes of Netflix. This motivated me to exercise because I knew that I would be able to do something I enjoyed after I was done.
