On 04/19/16 at approximately 9:22 AM, Tpr. Mike Harris stopped a white Chevrolet Malibu (Michigan Tag # DES4556) traveling westbound on I-10 at the 4 mile marker, for following too close. Tpr. Harris made a passenger side approach to the vehicle, and asked the driver for his driver’s license and vehicle registration. Tpr. Harris informed the driver that he had been stopped for following too close. The driver gave Tpr. Harris a Hertz rental agreement and a New York driver’s license which identified him as Alshard A. Barker of Buffalo, NY. The passenger also provided a New York Driver’s license which identified him as Zayron J. Raspberry.

The charges stem from a March 19 traffic stop near the intersection of County Roads 160 and 77, where a deputy observed a driver failing to yield from a stop sign and then execute a U-turn in the middle of County Road 77, according to Chief Deputy Richard Haun. Approached by a deputy, Lanning opened the vehicle’s glove box to retrieve the registration, at which time the officer observed a .45-caliber in the compartment, said Haun.
Alice Odom walked into the Gautier Police Department to report that someone had rifled through her vehicle, 1997 Mercedes and took $50.00. Odom said that there were four vehicles parked in the yard of her residence at 3140 Breakwater Dr. All four of the vehicles were rifled through, but Odom only had money taken from one of the vehicles. The incident happened between 8:00 p.m on 10/03/2016 and 5:15 a.m. on 10/04/2016.
Facts: Rudy Stanko was driving on the Montana State Highway 200 when he was pulled over by Officer Kenneth Breidenbach, a member of the Montana Highway Patrol. Stanko had been driving his vehicle at a steady 85 miles per hour at a location that was “narrow, had no shoulders, and was broken up by an occasional frost heave.” This location also included curves and hills which obscured vision of the roadway head. The actual roadway held no other drivers at this time during the day. Stanko had been driving his new 1996 Chevrolet Camaro, with brakes, tires, and a steering wheel that were all in perfect operating conditions.
MOS Wesolowski was driving MOS Diana Pichardo and observed P in the outside courtyard. MOS Wesolowski had previously arrested P for trespass at the location and had knowledge that P was issued a NYCHA Trespass Notice. MOS Wesolowski states that he called

I was traveling east on Del Mar Boulevard approaching Fair Oaks Avenue. I observed a white Nissan Altima in the number two lane directly in front of me. The vehicle did not have a rear license plate in violation of CVC 5200(a)-No rear license plate.
On August 2, 2009, David Leon Riley who belong to the Lincoln Park gang in San Diego, California open fire with others on a rival gang member that was driving past them. They then got into Riley’s Oldsmobile and drove away. The police pulled over driving a different car on August 20, 2009 for having expired registration tags, because Riley was driving with a suspended driver’s license, the required police policy is for the car to be impounded. Before any car is impounded, the police are required to perform a inventory search to make sure it has all the components at the time of the search, to protect against liability claims in the future, and to find hidden contraband. Police found 2 firearms and arrested Riley for possession of firearms.
On August 22nd, 2009, the police pulled David Leon Riley over for driving with expired license registration tags. Due to Riley’s license being suspended, the policy, through their policy, required his car to be impounded. In addition to impounding the car, they are also required to conduct an inventory search to ensure that the vehicle had all of its components at the time of the seizure, to defend against future liability claims. It also serves as a way to search for hidden contraband. During the search of Riley’s car, the police found two guns, arresting Riley for possession of firearms.
