There lot of meaning will come to our mind when we hear the word "leadership". For example it will be a Political leader, an explorer, cutting or an executive that is developing his planning of company's management to beat the competition.
Leaders assist themselves and others to do the proper things. They decide orders, create an exciting vision, and build something new.

Because of this the people getting motivated to work hard to gain success, they expect to enjoy bonuses. Thorough the natural personality of Leader can also motivate and influence people and also through other power sources like the power to pay rewards or designate tasks to people.
3. Managing Delivery of the Vision
This is the field of leadership that connected to management. Leaders must make sure that the work required to deliver the vision is correctly managed by them or by a committed manager otherwise team of managers to whom the leader represents this responsibility and also they required to make sure that their vision is successfully delivered.
Leaders also required ensuring they manage change effectively. This assists to make sure that the changes required to deliver the vision are completed smoothly and clearly with the support and help of the affected people.
4. To Achieve the Vision Coaching and Building a
My chosen leader for this assignment was my former director of the organization I currently work at, Pennyrile District Health Department, Jim Tolley. He had a vision of a big plan, and the future of not only the organization, but the communities that we serve. According to the requirements of an effective vision, I believe he was a leader to help the organization see and work towards the vision. Four requirements of a effective vision are: establish direction and mobilize the organization, communication, detail on employees part of the vision, and uplifting and inspiring (Manning & Curtis, 2008).

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, leadership is defined as "the power or ability to lead other people." In addition to this, leadership Is instructing a team with flexibility, hard work, inspiration. Leaders have equal importance in a team; they are neither above or below anyone. The role they play on the team is essential to achieving the task. Leadership means creating a blueprint of the steps needed and also including the input of others to improve the plan.
To me, leadership mean being responsible and someone who can manage time really well. A leader can walk their followers to the right path of success. Someone who is in control because of their personality of trustworthiness and always deliberative from the world which is unpredictable. I currently exhibit leadership while working on any project for my college or high school classes. I take the role of a leader and always work diligently enough to get good compliments from peers and instructors.
Something I was repetitively told in elementary school is the importance of being a leader, and everyday I am thankful that I listened to my teachers back then. I can honestly say at the time it was just something drilled into my mind like math or reading but I did not completely understand what it really meant; however, today I can confidently say that I fully understand what it means to posses this quality. Because I demonstrate dependability and integrity in extracurricular roles, industriousness and human compassion while planning events for my current high school, and character through volunteering, I embody the quality that is leadership. “If you want to become a great leader, you need to prepare yourself to become a great leader, and the best way to do that is to study great leaders.” (Schembechler 7). Being a leader means defining and exhibiting moral and ethical courage and setting an example for everyone within any given group. Being a leader helps you teach leadership skills to your family, friends, and employees who will then help do the "heavy lifting" of moving the masses from where it is today to where it needs to be in the future. In today's day in age, people will believe that great leaders are born to lead.
Leadership is influencing those around you in a positive way. It also means inspiring others to achieve their goals, while also achieving yours along the way. While inspiration and achievement are essential to be a successful leader, I believe that the most important goal is to encourage others to also become effective leaders. I believe that the following quote aligns to the values of our organization, “I start with the premise that the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.” - Ralph Nader.

Critical Review of Leadership Theories There have been a variety of theorists who have tried to understand how good leaders acquire their skills and whether the components which make up a successful leader are hereditary or learned. Many Studies have been made using twins to identify that about forty percent of differences in personality are hereditary. (Vernon et al., 1998) From this we can see that it is not only a matter of whether a person in born with these skills but one must also build on them to become a successful leader.
There are many different views and perceptions on leadership and what it exactly means. This is because there are many different types of leaders and many different views on them. But the basic meaning of leadership is an individual who can select the right group of followers and influence them through their distinct gifts, abilities, skills and knowledge. A leader focuses on the follower and puts out a roadmap to the overall mission and vision; hereby the follower is influenced to willingly and enthusiastically in achieving the mission and vision. The leader achieves this influence by humbly delivering a visionary perception of the future in clear terms that resonates with the follower in terms of their believes and values.
Then to be a leader a person need what is called leadership. Leadership is interpret as a process. It is a process of social influence or we can say ability to influence others in order to accomplish a common task or achieving common objective. Leadership is a display of power and ability to control others, force superiority.
