Pediatric Nurse: A Career Analysis

I have been a Pediatric Nurse for six years, and during those six years I have been able to get a look at how the hospital works, and everyone that is involved in take care of patients. I have learned so much about the dynamics of a hospital that I did not know existed while I was in school. I currently work on a Pediatric Surgical Unit, and the main two care providers is our general surgical Nurse Practioner, and our cardiac Nurse Practioner. Although, I still see the physician and surgeon once a week, it is the Nurse Practioner that the patients and staff mainly interact with.
After finishing my bachelorette in nursing in 2015, I felt that I was not finished with my educational journey. I wanted to go further, and be able to provide more
