Energy drinks have a lot of sugar, and Andres was a diabetic. Not monitoring how much sugar you intake can cause very high blood pressure and can lead to other serious problems. Not only did Andres not care and got highly addicted to these energy drinks, he didn't know that just because he was exercising and losing weight, these energy drinks made him have an irregular heart beat and that led to a tragic death.
