Specific purpose: To demonstrate to my audience how to make ginger soda
Central idea: How and why you should make ginger soda
INTRODUCTION
I’m having a hard time coming up with one.(attention step)
Today I would like to share how simple and tasty ginger soda can be (central idea)
I will go over the materials you will need, how to make it, and why you should make it (Preview) There has been more and more evidence about why fermented foods are so important for our health and I have haven making and learning about health and fermented products for the last 4 years.
Although it may seem like it would be easier to just buy it, I’ll show why you'll want to make this soda.

Let the bottle sit at room temperature until carbonated normally this takes 12 to 48 hours. If you used a plastic bottle you will know it’s ready when the bottle has very little give.

We all know that sugar isn’t good for us, but that doesn’t stop people from not having sugar, but I do think finding lower sugar alternatives is a excellent way to lower people's sugar consumption.
There are health properties from the fresh ginger.
Traditional ginger ale has been used as a homemade remedy for years and if you think about it is still used as a home remedy for things like sore throats, nausea, and indigestion
