Michelle is a pleasant candidate that has good communication skills. She most recently worked for CorVel as a Physical Therapy Scheduler. When she first started at CorVel she was a Billing CSR and then she became a PT Scheduler. In this role, she would place outbound calls to schedule appointment for patients and verify personal and insurance information. She really enjoyed this role but she had a medical condition that she needed to take care of. It is all taken care of now and she is actively looking for a full time job.
