California has made new claims that they plan to break away from not only the rest of California but from the United States as a whole.
In most cases the people of a state are the ones who threaten to leave of something they are against happens. But this time it is different, California’s leaders and officials are also supporting California 's break-away from the United States.
California said that of Trump became president they would leave the US and they still support this claim. California also pays the most toward Washington 's elections. California is one of the most populated states in America which means that if they do split they aren 't Americans anymore. And personally I feel as though Trump won 't support their decision, or California 's new country in general. …show more content…

California will also be in a lot of trouble seeing as they have 1.3 Trillion dollars of debt. Which won 't be convenient for a new country.

South Florida has also decided to split into a second state. Unlike California Florida wants to split into two. Starting out as just a hoax on social media the idea of Florida splitting into two has become a much bigger situation.
