Ella’s Kitchen and Viacom Brand Solutions (VBS) are alike because both companies showed foresight in identifying how to tackle their respective issues (Eagle, Dahl, Czarnecka, and Lloyd, 110). They are different because they both had different visions. Ella’s Kitchen was founded in 2005 by Paul Lindley who is a father of two.
