Robot Capstone by Gabe Savage
This Robot project has been super fun! However, it 's been hard work and very time consuming. We 've had to overcome many challenges in the planning and building phase to complete our project. We had to scratch some ideas and come up with new ones. But overall, this has been a great experience for me.
It started out with Mr. Force coming in to give us a basic understanding about the robot and how they work. He told us about the hummingbird (motherboard), and how servos, motors, and lights work. He even told us how to put in the wire from the attachments to the hummingbird.(Which ended up being very useful) He also showed us how to program the robots on the app of the robot computers. Without his

The building materials were going to use for it was cardboard, paint, and hot glue to stick it all together. We would have to bring the cardboard from home, but we could get the hot glue, paint, and working parts here. Now first, we had to get the sequence ready and get used to the parts. So, we jumped into that right away.
After plugging everything in and getting the computer running we were ready to begin. After a while we got used to how to sequence each part, so we began to work on the expressions that we would use for the sequence of our own robot. We built each expression for each part and put it into a sequence. We got the lights, motors, and servos expressions done and put into our final expression. However, we still didn’t know how the sequence the motor to keep on working until the distance sensor picks up the upcoming

Force showed us a great many things about these robots, we still had to figure out a lot about them. We planned on planned on using a distance sensor for our robot, but we didn’t know which one that was, we didn’t know how to loop the whole sequence together, and we didn’t know how to download a WAV. Into our program to give our robot sounds. How a lady from Marshall came to our class and helped us get the sounds to work, Mr. Force came another day and helped us with sequencing the sensor, and the loop of the whole sequence we figured out ourselves by clicking a button at the top of the
The camera further went back in time as Sato was trapped inside the invisible manta shaped craft in Nagano Prefecture. After Sato head was cut out, the mechanical arms installed his head to a flea robot. The sons in the control room are monitoring the process in tension with a supervisor and the sons were all four limbs trainees. The supervisor was too busy to watch four of them in different directions to control the computers and that were eight hands pressing the buttons. The supervisor said: ‘no no no, do this first, input this programming first otherwise that program won't show up ok?
What Kayden and I did first is get on EV3 robot out and connect it to bluetooth, after that we did that we started to think about how we were going to find out how many rotations that we were going to need to get it from start to finish. So, we got a ruler and since we already knew one rotation was equal to 7 inches we guesstimate that it would be about 5 rotations. When we tried it is was still a little short of its goal, so we added 0.5 to it and it barely went over its goal. Finally we took away 0.08 and tried it and it landed exactly on its target. So our final solution was 5.42 rotations at 27% would get us from the start to the finish exactly.

But one police officer (Will Smith) doesn't trust the robots and thinks they've become too untrustworthy. He soon finds himself to be right.
The house took days to make because in my opinion you have to have patience to do this
The robotics team supports Lorenzo by giving him friends and showing him that he can do
and I gathered our materials and moved to our designated seat to start on our project.
She asked the teacher a question. “Mr. Sears?” “Yes, Lainey.” He said with an annoyed tone. “Is this robot for a grade, do we have to do it?”
Rube Goldberg once said, “I wonder how anybody can think his personality changes with his success. I’ve had quite a bit of success but I feel that I am just the same person as I always was”. Rube Goldberg was such a successful man, many people have tried to recreate his inventions, using his same protocol. Like many other people who have tried to build a device like his, the goal of my project is to build a contraption that completes a simple task in a complicated manner.
Finally, in the sections “Long Data” and the “Library of Everything” the authors explicitly explain the means by which they will attain this robot mentioned in the introduction, which is Google books. While in the subsequent section they recount the hardships faced on their journey they end on a positive and hopeful note in “Culturnomics,” providing a thorough and entertaining introduction to their book chronicling their groundbreaking
Jeff has himself a teaching robot that he believes will be instrumental in learning Martian Swahili. But Norby the robot turns out to have far many more special powers than most robots he has come across. Norby comes with hyperspace and antigravity capacities even though controlling those powers is a problem. Things become even more complicated when Ing the Ingrate announces his plans to take over the galaxy.
Patrick lin makes the reader think and analyze the possible outcome of the robotic industry. As stated in the essay “With the new development of robotics, it almost makes you do some soul searching on what really makes us human.” His humorous idea about robots overthrowing the world is funny, but, when you think about in a real standpoint and how technology is being made to have a mind of its own, it’s not a far-fetched
The author's purpose in writing “Robot Invasion” was to represent the effectiveness and relevance of robots in today’s society. The author is able to persuade the reader that robots are beneficial to society by stating statements such as “the robots will be able to unleash a productive boom”. This statement from the author really exemplifies the positive impact that robots have on our everyday lives by making our everyday tasks easier and having robots be the productive

Isaac Asimov’s Reason, shows us how the field of robotics is still a working-progress, Philip K. Dick’s Second Variety introduces the idea of superior, conscious machines who were created by advanced technology, and Kenneth Chang’s “Can Robots Become Conscious?” shares different views on the advancement of machines and robots. I believe machines and robots are not glorified adding-up machines and I think it is possible that they will become capable of original thought the more we advance in the field of robotics. Similar to the iPhone updates, new technology and new studies could lead to intelligent, conscious machines. Technology has come a long way, with the introduction of the Siri of the iPhone, Window 10 2-in-1 computers, flying military drones, and many more.
As technology and robotics progress, people continue to debate how jobs and careers could be affected. Robotic replacement might not have a negative effect , especially since it has helped our development to be able to survive. The process of the robotic development started in the industrial age. The industrial age is known for “a period in which fundamental changes
