Cyberbullying Should people be prosecuted for what they say and do on social networking sites? Many people believe that those types of bullies should be punished by law for their actions. They tease and reveal hurtful things about their victims on social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter. What they are doing is wrong, but they have the right to speak their minds. Cyberbullying isn’t right, by any means, but Freedom of Speech allows them to express their ideas and opinions.
