• Describing Property – The initial term that would have to be given prominence in the search warrant, is describing the property to be searched. In the present case, it is computer and it shall be identified and described. Such a description would require that details be given that the computer model is "serial number: AL1002001; model: XYZ2" and it has been logged as an evidence in relation to the case against Miranda. Further inclusion has to be made of the fact that it is presently "stored at the Anywhere Police Department located at 123 Anywhere Street, Anywhere, VA 12345". • Data related to computer – The second term that needs to be considered in the search warrant is the data which can stored and removed from a digital media.

The data I will be collecting is from a primary source as the groups of Year 7’s and Year 10’s will be completing the practical where they will see how quick they can find the same five words in the three languages. It will also be discrete even though time is continuous so the results will be clearer. The data will then be recorded onto a table and after, put together on a data sheet using excel. I am using a sample as it makes the investigation fair and also means a range of unbiased results are created from it.

One of the first steps that I had taken when I approached this weeks assignment was to determine how the article had fit into my research topic. While it was difficult as I remained intent on finding the articles that dealt with Transnational Criminal Organizations and Terror groups, the search was made a bit easier with the APUS library. After I had located the articles I believed I was going to be using one of the next steps was to determine the articles content, I had questioned the content as well as what the author was trying to convey. As was described in the lesson this week as well as seeing the example given, I made an outline as well as placed them in my own words. What my criteria was in order to determine what was appropriate was, the keyword as well as content.
