Star Wars: Redeemed Gal Tanem, 30 years old, is walking the halls of the Jedi Temple with his young apprentice Job Shnore. They are on they’re way to the training hall with Master Shak Ti herself. “Now remember Job,” Gal tells his apprentice, “For this test, you must connect with the Force. Let it flow through you with your lightsaber and you. The Force, the weapon, the Jedi, you are one.” “Can’t we just focus more on force technique?” Job asks. “I think I’ve had enough of swinging my lightsaber around.” “Well I do agree with you that the Force is way more powerful than a lightsaber but in this pivoting time in galactic history, we must protect others and that includes with a lightsaber. This war is almost over and the galaxy will need us to bring back the peace.” “Well …show more content…
“Thanks” Gal says. Chris is the only friend he has now. “So, got a job yet? No answer. “Oh come on bud. You’ve got to get a job sooner or later. I mean how are you goning to pay off your-“ Chris is cut off by three stormtroopers walking in the door. The whole bar quiets and everyone stairs, including Gal. They walk through looking around. Looking for someone maybe. As they walk past a table, someone at the table trips one of them, and barely catches his balance. The bar laughs, and with that the stormtroopers throw the man to the ground and starts to arrest him. They are using so much force to do so. Gal can’t let something like this happen. His conscious is telling not to, and telling him to intervene. Then ha catches himself off guard by yelling, “Hey!” The three men in white look at him and one of them say, “You want to be arrested too?” To late now. Gal says “Well… no, but... that man is not going with you.” He gets out of his chair and walks right up to one of them. “I advise you to let him go.” “Bold words,” one of them say, “for a prisoner of the
For the moviegoer looking for a great movie to watch can be sometimes a challenge. Many times the preview trailer of a film may reveal too much, appearing to be good only to have been a bad movie or all the good parts shown in the trailer. Today going to a theater to watch a movie can be rather expensive and worse when the film was bad and a waste of time. Occasionally a relatively unknown movie can appeal to audiences in such a way to become a blockbuster.
Thanks for all your help Wyatt, you are a true hero. Wyatt.” “ Thanks. Hey can I ask you something? “ um sure.”
Dax asked. “I knew you would. I looked at the tattoo and I just knew.” “Let’s go home little brother.”
In Star Wars IV New Hope you see several things that are like our world. Like how people negotiate business deals with each other. In the video, Han Soto reminds me of a used car salesman. Trying to convince you that this vehicle is a life changer with stories about how great it is. It sounds all good until he tells you the ridiculous price.
“Yes,” I said. “Get out,” he said. “Get out?” He wore a blue-and-white armband just like mine. “I’m not going to say it again.
The resistance team carries its operations with the hope that their leader Luke Skywalker will return in time to bring them hope. To facilitate evacuation in the wake of an intense confrontation with Snoke’s army, Vice Admiral Holdo (Laura Dern) remains on a ship as her soldiers flee. This serves as a strategy to mislead
In the year 2047, a global nuclear blitz erupted between the Earth’s most powerful nations in a furious dash for the little and precious remaining oil that remained in the Middle East. The bitter nemeses stopped at nothing to ensure that they were the victors of the avarice-induced bombardments to follow, which eventually led to the ultimate annihilation of the human race, barring a few astute survivors. The remainders only persevered through waiting in pre-constructed underground fallout shelters, which were isolated from the rest of humanity, save for their own select communities; they were powered only by geothermal means and sustained only by what their artificial greenhouses could procure. Forty-six of the fifty bunkers had fallen to disease, insanity, starvation, and rebellion over the centuries after. Of the four remaining by the year 2468, three more had been distinguished by cave-ins.
One must find the influence and the aid of others to overcome challenges. The movie and book “Wonder” directed Stephen Chobosky by composed by R.J Palacio is a story about a boy named August Pullman who has a face deformity called Treacher Collins Syndrome. The one movie that had the greatest impact on me takes place a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. Because of its quintessential score and recognizable characters, Star Wars started a revolution in the cinema. I understand that it affected so many people and their lives, but it also affected my life on the inside and the outside. My first viewing of Star Wars wasn’t actually the first one movie, but the sequel. I walked in on my cousins watching it on a petite TV at my grandmother’s house.
“Nervous?” “Very,” Adam replies honestly. “Will I be alright on my own?” Adam asks.
Guardians of the Galaxy is a Marvel team super hero film. Nonetheless, it is controversial to the audience whether it fits the sub-genre of a team-up film such as The Avengers. Due to the characters, none of them have their individual movie like Iron Man. However, James Gunn uses points of view and actor’s acting to enhance the intimacy among the characters that makes this movie fits into the team super hero film genre. In addition, Gunn uses makeups to not make any of the roles too standout because they all have unique appearances that balance out on screen.
Manhunt I ran up the large hill at the back of my old school, nearly out of breath. A trickle of sweat ran down my face, which felt like it was on fire. My friend Garrett came right behind me, also out of breath. It was the middle of July and we were both playing a huge game of manhunt during a camp sleepover.
In the film adaptation of the novel, Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, some of the original aspects that make the novel so timeless are not included in the movie. However, due to the vastly different medium that film is and the abstractness of the novel, it makes sense why some things would have to change in order for the story to transfer to the screen successfully. While many die-hard fans of the novel denounce the film version of their beloved story, others celebrate the presence of Adams’ wit in the movie especially through the cartoon representations of the guide entries. First of all, the Hitchhiker’s Guide is pictured much differently in the movie than in the novel.
That it made fun of a great historical tragedy. The portrayal of Hynkel’s storm troopers using slapstick was regarded to be a mockery of those who suffered under their hands. Slapstick shows characters to be clumsy, trippy and funny. The Nazi officers were nowhere near that. They were brutal, cold, heartless and unapologetic.
