Subject defects can be a limitation factor due to the fact that the majority of participants were people involved with some form of yoga as a spiritual path; this could skew the data to favour results of a particular spiritual path rather than give results for the general population. Also, subjects that have had previous experience with meditation have formulated an opinion and therefore, more likely to give results. Yoga practitioners could also be more likely to look for results to prove that their practice is beneficial because they believe in it already, rather than being totally objective. There were participants in this study that did not have any yoga experience, exactly 14.3 percent out of 70 participants, but it may have been better
