In the book House of the Red Fish by Graham Salisbury, Tomi has many defining traits. First, he has determination and his will to never give up. Also, he is strong-hearted to his friends and family and will always defend them or help them. Lastly, he is smart and will get the upper hand against anyone he thinks is a threat. These are Tomi’s defining traits in this book. The way Tomi demonstrated determination in the book is to find a way to unsink his dad’s boat.
