A skill is defined as being an expertise is a specific area. Leadership is a very important skill that one can practice. According to Tanya Prive a leader possesses many qualities such as honesty, dedication and humility. A great leader should also be motivational and optimistic. They should have the ability to take the worst of any situation and restore it to its best. Humility is very valuable in a leader. A leader should not focus on them but focus on the team they are leading and establish a plan to ultimately benefit everyone sufficiently while incorporating everyone’s ideas. He attended the University of Kansas from which he received his M.S and B.S and in 1982 he obtained his master’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ford motor co (F:New York) Alan Mulally served as CEO and vice president for Ford Motor Company from 2006 to 2014. Alan Mulally always possessed leadership qualities. Before he took over Ford and ultimately restored its existence he worked for an Aviation company. His first leadership position started at Boeing Aviation Company . While working for the aviation company he served them under the title Chief Executive and executive vice president. In 1969 Alan Mulally began working for the company. He earned two titles Vice President and General Manager of the 777 program. While being the vice president his responsibilities included airplane developments flight test operations and certificate and government technical liaison.
Then NASA put him as a NASA administrator. He had developed a space launch system rocket. He has also designed a Naval aviator in May 1970. Mr. Bolden had a good career and invented some stuff in part of his life.
After, he became Assistant Secretary of Navy under Woodrow Wilson in 1913. He went to the U.S Naval Academy and Naval Test pilot school soon after graduation and he graduated the academy with a B.S. He received a pilot's license and spent time on aircraft carriers in the Mediterranean. After that, he was assigned as an aircraft readiness officer on the Atlantic Fleet. He even served on the Destroyer in the Pacific during World War 2.
By 1929, he had learned so well and earned a private license. With his experience, he was able to fly the first lady, Eleanor Roosevelt, which took flight with Anderson giving him recognition.
