Some more, with the continuous receive education from e-Learning, it can train nurses acquire specialized skill for professional. Finally it can help in career development by increase their opportunity to upgrade their position for chance of promotion by change from junior nurse to senior nurse and then became nurse manager. This can maintain high standard of nursing by continuing update their knowledge and shape their own destiny. To make e-Learning success in any organization , first thing they can do is sending all staff in stages to the computer training skill course for them to well known on computer and know how to operate electronic. Once management has establish e-learning for internal use, they should maintain the system by providing latest education material or any other information on medical. Perhaps, management should make mandatory for all staff to attend selected course thru e-learning portal. This is to ensure all staff being updated on latest information on medical practise. Besides, management can identify potential staff for promoting them by sending them to special course such as e-learning for degree in management.
