Navy SEALs are a special operations group known for doing some very risky things. Navy Seals are the ones who killed Osama Bin Laden, saving Private Ryan, etc. There are a few more popular SEALs for their missions like: Marcus Luttrell, Chris Kyle, Mark Owen, And Chris Heben, there are tons of more but those are the most known. For these Missions they have to be prepared mentally and physically. Navy SEALs are called the best of the best because of what they do and how they do it. The reason why they are so good at what they do is because they truly strive for greatness. They don 't give up, they could lose limbs and still do the mission the best they can, they could be blinded and still try there best. Reasons like that are why they are the best at what they do. There are a 3 ways to enlist as a Navy SEAL. The first option is to enlist as a civilian. First you must find your local Navy recruiter, after that get you Navy contract, finally once you have your Navy contract you will get you Navy SEAL contract. The second option is to enlist from the Navy. Hell week is where the instructors push you your hardest and try to make you quit out of the training because of how hard they push and train you. During hell week you only get 4 to 3 hours of sleep, thats enough to make your body function.
